If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, don’t worry — we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule to ensure everyone gets the care they deserve.
If you know you’ll be delayed, please give us a quick message so we can plan accordingly. And if you can’t make your appointment, letting us know in advance helps us keep the day running smoothly for all our clients.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to cancel your appointment — it happens! All bookings are managed through our online platform, which allows you to easily self-manage your appointments.
If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, simply log in to Fresha or contact us and we’ll update your booking.
For cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments, a £30 disruption fee will be added to your account. This fee will need to be settled before booking your next appointment.
